Features may change, improve, or be limited during beta or maintenance periods.

FlowAmt is an information tool only. It does not provide legal, immigration, tax, or professional advice, and does not represent you before authorities, courts, or insurers.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on the output.

You agree that you will:

• Only upload documents you are allowed to process
• Not upload unlawful, harmful, or malicious content
• Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Verify critical deadlines and obligations independently

Automated analysis and translation can contain errors, omissions, or misleading phrasing — especially with poor scans, uncommon letter types, or complex legal language.

Do not rely solely on FlowAmt for time-sensitive or high-stakes decisions.

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or rate limits may temporarily affect the service.

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

To the extent permitted by law, FlowAmt and its operator are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

Mandatory statutory consumer rights in Germany and the EU remain unaffected.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and your GDPR rights. It forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. If you disagree with updated Terms, please stop using the service.
